Creep Mouse Toys!

Creep Mouse Toys, Poor Lost Bread, Lindsay Schmidt (I'm sort of having a crafter identity crisis)

I'm from the Midwest, USA.

What inspires me to continue making plush is (1) I love it (2) I love seeing/receiving peoples' wonderful feedback / smiles (3) I never have nothing to hug.

The site that best represents my work is, well, my site? creepmousetoys.com or if you mean someone elses, I'm just crazy about this lady, Yeon Doojung, even though her creations are different, I like to think that we share some similarity in that seemingly childish things can be grown-up too. Or that our things could live in the same daydream together.http://www.yeondoojung.com/artworks_view_wonderland.php?no=88

If I was stuck with fabric, scissors and thread on an island I would make... a super basic / bag dress. And then a companion / doll, with a matching (but mini) super basic / bag dress.

If you've ever been to Mood Fabrics (moodfabrics.com) in NYC, that fabric dream is true. Except for the sale part, but they're FOR sale, as in, they exist, which is pretty exciting.

If I found plush power I would use it to.... end world huglessness.

Me, as a plush superhero, is already in production. It's/I'm a wool felt croissant with a red beret and it's superpowers are untainted love, x-ray vision and there is smile-inducing artillery hidden under the beret. (shh).

If you'd like to contact me about my plush shoot me an email at creepmousetoys@gmail.com or there's a "contact" page on my website (which is creepmousetoys.com).

Things you should know : I tend to tuck little presents into my outgoing orders.... + I can't wait for the Plush It! show.
